Reporting to the Export Sales Director, you will hold a key role aimed at developing and maintaining a client portfolio and conquering new markets. As such, your main missions will be:

  • Define and implement the development plan for your area to achieve the set objectives;
  • Take over the existing client portfolio, maintain and develop it with a solid and lasting relationship approach;
  • Actively prospect your area with prospects, direct clients, and other distributors to ensure the growth of your scope;
  • Participate in international events organized by the Group, representing the company and its products there;
  • Provide and propose solutions tailored to the clients' needs, analyze their expectations, and understand their challenges as well as their issues;
  • Draft offers, convince clients, follow them throughout the sales cycle, and negotiate offers until their conclusion;
  • Assist and train the distributors' sales forces on the product range;
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and report information on the environment (players in place, markets, applications...);
  • Provide regular reporting on your actions.

Your area will depend on your profile, network, and place of residence: as the company sells in over 50 countries, all options are considered within the framework of strengthening the export sales team.

You will be required to travel 60-70% of your time.

This position can be based in the Nantes region but can also be relocated elsewhere in France or abroad, with regular trips to our headquarters in Nantes.

Profile required

With a minimum of a Master Degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the orthopedics medical device field.

Having good interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to adapt, you can interact and show commitment and engagement with various types of stakeholders while demonstrating diplomacy.

You are dynamic, meticulous, and autonomous in managing your work.

Furthermore, you have strong negotiation skills and are highly customer-satisfaction oriented.

Finally, you have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in another language would be an advantage.
