We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with daily office operations, including managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the sales team for retail market.
- Support the quality department.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as typing documents and preparing reports.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks, including creating presentations and spreadsheets.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings as required.
- Provide support with basic financial data entry and record keeping.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that supplies are stocked and readily available.
Profile required
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
