We are dedicated to supporting culinary operations of the world’s best chefs across 4 continents and 10 countries. We also supply large retail chains and delicatessen stores, as well as online retailers and catering services.

Post description

Reporting to the General Manager, our future Purchasing/Demand planner is a key member within the team.

He/she takes part of a small team and can expect decisions to be made quickly, working with a great degree of autonomy, an ability to juggle with figures and

to be a great communicant with all departments.

Responsibility :

- Product stock monitoring and procurement planning (about 300 SKU)

- Weekly management of pre-order products (about 150 SKUs)

- Implementation and customization of the new ERP system (Microsoft Business Central)

- Sales and marginality analysis

- Negotiation of price lists and purchase conditions with suppliers

- Management of Specialized Distributors outside the EU Area

- Direct contact with Warehouse and logistics platforms

- Implementation and customization of the new ERP system (Microsoft Business Central)

Profile required

- Languages: Italian and English (good spoken and written level) French is a value-added

- Use of ERP such as DYNAMICS NAV - Business Central - SAP

- Good analytical and synthesis skills

- Teamwork spirit and excellent interpersonal skills both locally and internationally

- Result-oriented person

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ideal candidate :

- Junior figure with some experience in the role who has enthusiasm and desire to work to build a "Smart Company"

- Senior figure, willing to share their experiences in a "start up" inserted in a structured and economically solid Group.
