Our customer base is composed of Restaurants, Hotels, Independent Delicatessens, Retailers and prestigious Food Halls.
Repertoire Culinaire is part of a family-controlled group whose origins lie in the production of premium Charcuterie, Foie Gras and other Delicatessen products in France.

Post description

  • Process customer orders accurately in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 365) from order entry to delivery.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customers, products, and pricing in the ERP system.
  • Prepare quotations, proformas, and invoices for customers.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including sales reports and customer account management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product information requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor stock levels in the ERP system and inform the sales team of shortages or delays.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and policies.
  • Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups when required.

Profile required

  • Proven experience using ERP (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales administration, order processing, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
