SUPERPROD develops, produces and distributes animated and fictional feature films and TV series and has its own animation studios in Paris, Angoulême, Milan and Luxemburg as well as an office in Los Angeles.

Job description

• Import and distribute storyboards and shots to editors in Avid project
• Output sequence exports for director and executive reviews and downstream departments

• Record scratch

• Provide technical support during Production Dialogue Recording Sessions
• Prepare reference video and audio for wild and ADR recording

• Set up ISDN and/or Source Connect for remote recording sessions

• Import scratch and production dialogue recordings

• Process dialogue – mark up lines, selects, build sequence string outs etc.
• Search for and import sound effects and music
• Publish accurate change lists from editorial to shot departments
• Support 1st assistant with turnovers to post production
• Provide technical support during screenings - operate screening room
• Avid Media Composer daily maintenance
• Help refine and optimise editorial procedures and update internal documentation
• Add sound effects to assemblies as requested by editors

• Assemble casting clips

Profile required

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Previous experience as an Assistant Editor in a media input/output department preferred
• Proficient in one of the following non-linear editing software: Avid Media Composer (preferred), Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
• Experience with both PC and Macintosh OS (mid-high level user)
• Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, ProTools, ISDN, Source Connect a plus
