Tes missions

Au côté de Damien, automaticien expérimenté, tu traiteras les différentes demandes SAV de nos clients :

    • Analyser les dysfonctionnements et identifier l’origine des pannes à distance
    • Réaliser les modifications nécessaires notamment automates pour résoudre les pannes
    • Adapter les solutions en fonction des contraintes spécifiques du client
    • Effectuer des tests pour s’assurer du bon fonctionnement
    • Se déplacer sur les sites des clients quand c’est nécessaire pour des interventions rapides et efficaces
    • S’assurer de la bonne gestion des demandes SAV (planification des interventions si besoin, facturation…)

Profil recherché

De formation technique en automatisme, tes connaissances mécaniques et pneumatiques acquises idéalement dans le secteur de la machine spéciale sont reconnues.

Ton sens du service clients doublé d’une bonne gestion des priorités font de toi un collaborateur autonome et rigoureux.
