Core Responsibilities:

Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele

Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection

Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients

Client relationship management through digital tools

Building relationships with other departments - inc. Personal Shopping team

Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)

Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals

Sending daily reports

Wanted profile

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading), additional languages a plus: Arabic, Mandarin, French, Russian

- Proven sales skills

- Relationship building with high profile clients

- Experience in a luxury retail department store, preferably Harrods, +1yr

- Flexibility for shifts, based on Harrods trading hours

- A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude

- Target driven

- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Whatsapp for business proficient

- Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player
