Asenium Consulting is hiring two Business Developers to strengthen our international sales team in Courbevoie (La Défense area). If you enjoy winning new clients, building lasting relationships, and having real impact on business growth, this role is for you.
About the role
As a Business Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial strategy. Your mission: identify opportunities, win new clients, and grow key accounts in a competitive and international environment.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Define targets and understand the market
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to define priority sectors and target companies
- Monitor competitors and help refine Asenium Consulting’s positioning
- Identify prospects through databases, directories, LinkedIn and other professional networks
2. Develop new business
- Identify high-potential companies and map key decision-makers
- Prospect and win new clients through meetings (on-site and remote)
- Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals
3. Grow and retain key accounts
- Manage and develop your portfolio of clients over the long term
- Respond to client requests, draft offers and negotiate terms
- Secure contracts and purchase orders and ensure commitments are met
- Follow up regularly to maintain a high level of satisfaction
4. Manage client relationships and performance
- Keep our CRM up to date on all opportunities and activities
- Analyze your market, track trends and identify new opportunities
- Monitor your KPIs and produce regular activity reports
You may also:
- Participate in events, fairs and commercial/marketing actions
- Support follow-up of consultants working on client projects
- Contribute to resolving commercial issues with clients
Profil recherché
Profile
- Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years’ experience in sales / business development, ideally in an IT environment; experience in recruitment or professional services is a strong plus.
- Sales skills: Proven track record in prospecting, identifying needs, building proposals, negotiating and closing deals, with strong networking abilities.
- Business & contracts: Comfortable with contracts, financial aspects and following the full sales cycle, including handling potential issues with clients.
- Tools & market: Good understanding of your market and its players; proficient with Office tools, CRM and performance/analytics tools.
- Mindset: Resilient, solution-oriented, autonomous, well-organized, curious and analytical, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
