This position will be primarily located in Seoul.
Description du poste
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the sales of HTL Biotechnology’s products and solutions in Korea, supporting the current business growth and initiating new business opportunities among prospects.
Acquisition of new customers
- Identify and capture relevant contacts / prospects / new players and increase sales over time
- Propose all HTL products/services and follow up prospects
- Draw up sales contracts with new customers
- Implement sales and marketing action plans
Increase collaboration with existing customers
- Build strong relationships of trust with customers and reinforce customer satisfaction
- Identify new customer contacts in order to roll out the sales offer
- Increase the “share of wallet” of multi-sourcing customers
- Ensure regular follow-up of customer needs
- Suggest product/service improvements in conjunction with other departments
Development of the company's offering
- Coordinate customer interactions with various internal departments (regulatory affairs, quality assurance, production, R&D)
- Represent HTL at key customer events (customer events & audits)
- Contribute to competitive intelligence
Profil recherché
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualifications
- 2~5 years of experience in the areas of Sales/Marketing/Business Development
- Experience / knowledge of Aesthetics/Pharma for Medical Device/Drug is a strong plus
- Strong result orientation, with proven ability to negotiate and handle multiple priorities
- Team player to fit in / coordinate within marketing & sales teams and R&D
- Fully fluent in English
The position is located in Seoul with regular trips.
