Key Responsibilities
The Scientific Communication Intern will act as a key link between the technical, commercial, and marketing teams.
This role is ideal for a student with a background in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field who enjoys transforming complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling messages for internal stakeholders focusing on impactful communications.
- Support internal scientific communication initiatives.
- Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for client meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
- Assist in drafting technical documentation and project summaries based on scientific data.
- Facilitate communication between R&D and commercial teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical content.
- Conduct background research on scientific and market topics to support strategic discussions and client proposals.
- Contribute to the organization of project meetings and preparation of progress reports.
Profile & Required Qualifications
- Education in pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in scientific communication and project support.
- Good written and spoken in both languages: English and French.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and general document creation/design tools.
- Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working with both R&D and sales teams.
- Knowledge of product safety testing, efficacy studies, and physicochemical characterization (a plus).
