Description du poste
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for strengthening understanding of markets dynamics, customers, and direct competitors.
Key responsibilities:
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor and analyse market data / Map market size, growth dynamics, key drivers and risks
- Perform competitors’ analysis / Track market share evolution
- Assess HTL’s competitive advantages and areas for improvement
- Consolidate external data sources (reports, distributors, field feedback, associations) and translate them into actionable insights
Commercial Analytics & CRM Ownership
- Own the CRM data quality and reporting: Consolidate sales, distributors and marketing data to build a comprehensive view of the business
- Build dashboards tracking sales pipeline and performance, pricing, and product penetration
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of customer master data
Strategic Insights & Decision Support
- Deliver regular market insight reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) to Sales Leadership
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Support annual budgeting and strategic planning with data-driven recommendations
Profil recherché
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics or related fields
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL…)
- 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or Market Research
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Experience in a B2B, scientific, industrial, or biotechnology environment is a strong plus
- Proven experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IPS as an analytical partner.
