This position will be primarily located in Seoul.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to optimize sales relations and customer portfolio management
Description du poste
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize customer service activities
- Organize the collection and compilation of customer orders and forecasts upstream of the S&OP process
- Organize support for Business Managers and Sales Directors (visit preparation, Key Account Profile, etc
- Monitor the activation of customer files, commercial interface, administrative follow up of prospects, follow up of customer contracts, payments and tools
- Ensure activity reporting/monitoring (update dashboards and indicators)
- Monitor the order portfolio in support of the logistics department (order tracking in liaison with customers and internal company departments).
- Implementation and review of procedures (QA, Finance, etc.)
- Organize regular cross-functional meetings (daily: log + prod, weekly: AQ CQ finance).
Profil recherché
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• 5 years’ experience, ideally within a customer services environment
• Strong customer centric approach and mindset
• Effective team player, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and deliver high quality results under tight timeline
• Self-motivated, passionate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with good communication skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
