Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for Manufacturing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in a highly regulated clean room environment.

• Attend training courses on the specifics of the production process and working with highly potent/active ingredients.
• Prepare operating SOPs and work orders based upon knowledge obtained from training in the aforementioned process. Maintain and update all batch records and SOPs as required.
• Uphold and execute Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with written SOPs and ancillary documents.
• Understand and implement the security practices of the facility and the manufacturing process of regulated select agents.
• Maintain adequate supplies to perform the execution of the manufacturing processes.
• Operate and troubleshoot purification system. 
• Understand and utilize the logistics of supply chain.
• Maintain and up-to-date inventory of supplies, raw materials, product and appropriately transfer or ship any API and raw material.

Work in BSL2/BSL3 environment following CDC regulation.

Profil recherché

Experience, Skills & Knowledge :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, Biology, or similar degree required.
• Ability to work with precision and thoroughness
• Ability to work with a strict safety manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Prior experience in an industrial or academic laboratory setting is required.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and independently when needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Possesses good organizational, communication and technical writing skills.
