This position will be primarily located in Shanghai with China as the main scope.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Business development :
- Manage and develop technical support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet growth targets.
- Support the business development.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work in close relation with R&D team in France, to ensure the right technical support to the business project.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality and other internal functions to ensure project success.
Technical support :
- Provide solutions to technical issues.
- Support customers in identifying solutions adapted to their formulation and application needs.
Distributor management :
- Effectively manage distributors and maintain strong cooperative relationships.
- Actively participate in presentations and negotiations to strengthen partnerships.
Profil recherché
Experience, Skills & Knowledge :
B.S/M.S in biochemical / chemistry and relevant field.
Experience with new product development for Medical Device / Drug - Design and implementation of business development strategy.
Knowledge of Cosmetics, Aesthetics, Ophthalmology or Rheumatology is a strong plus.
Self-motivated and self-driven to win new businesses and enjoy on-job learning and problem solving/Strong appetite for innovation and ability to handle technical discussions.
Proven ability to negotiate / Team player to fit in / coordinate within marketing & sales teams, and R&D.
Fluent in English and Mandarin / Ability to travel within China at least 50% of the time.
