As part of the growth of its activities, Japan Experience, the first Tour Operator specializing in Japan in France, is looking for a Train booking agent to assist its Suppliers operations team.

Responsibilities :

• The booking/delivery to customer of Stand Alone Transportation e-Products like train tickets and regional passes 

• Supporting other members of the team when necessary (proceed to services bookings..etc)

PERMISSION TO WORK IN JAPAN REQUIRED. We do not sponsor new visas.

【業務内容】

• 鉄道切符や地域限定パス等、交通e-チケットの予約および顧客へのメール送信

• 必要に応じて、サービス予約のサポート

Profil recherché

Must-haves :

• Flexible and solutions-oriented ; able to effectively adapt to changing needs and work across multiple cultures

• Ability to segment and prioritize all enquiries (urgent, non-urgent, important etc.)

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage your own workloads

• Meticulous, methodical, accurate and able to work at speed, but not at the expense of these qualities.

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Work independently as well as collaboratively with others

• Japanese : Native or business level (N2 or higher preferred). The ability to book products on our Japanese partners websites and have fluent telephone conversations with our suppliers.

• English : Business level

Conditions : 

• 5 days a week on a shift rotation basis (from Monday to Sunday)

• 6 months contract renewable from February 19th

• Remote 3 days a week

• Salary : 230,000JPY per month

必須条件】

• 日本語： ネイティブ又はビジネスレベル（N2以上）ウェブ上の予約および電話にて流暢な会話ができる方

• 英語： ビジネスレベル (TOEIC700点以上)

• PCの基礎スキル(Gmail, Excel)
