As part of the growth of its activities, Japan Experience, the first Tour Operator specializing in Japan, is looking for a booking agent to assist its FIT operations.

Responsibilities :

• Handle the booking and delivery of travel services included in our packages (accommodation, tours, transfers, etc.).

• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with our Europe-based sales teams.

• Support other team members when necessary, including assisting with service bookings and administrative tasks.

• Provide excellent customer support via our WhatsApp helpline and other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.

PERMISSION TO WORK IN JAPAN REQUIRED. We do not sponsor new visas.

【業務内容】

• 鉄道切符や地域限定パス等、交通e-チケットの予約および顧客へのメール送信

• 必要に応じて、サービス予約のサポート

Profil recherché

Must-haves :

• Flexible and solutions-oriented ; able to effectively adapt to changing needs and work across multiple cultures

• Ability to segment and prioritize all enquiries (urgent, non-urgent, important etc.)

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage your own workloads

• Meticulous, methodical, accurate and able to work at speed, but not at the expense of these qualities.

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Work independently as well as collaboratively with others

• Japanese : Native or business level (N2 or higher preferred). The ability to book products on our Japanese partners websites and have fluent telephone conversations with our suppliers.

• English : Business level

Conditions : 

• 5 days a week on a shift rotation basis (from Monday to Sunday)

• Permanent contract with a 3-months renewable trial period

• Remote 2 days a week

• Salary : 250,000JPY per month (adjustable according to experience)
