Japan Experience also acquired in March 2025 FTC, operating large group tours in Japan, and launched in 2023 Irasshai, a large 800 m2 Japanese concept food store in the center of Paris.

Your role as a Hotels Product Manager

Reporting directly to Hotels & Quotations Director, your job as Hotel Product Manager will consist of the following primary missions:

• Develop and sustain strong relationships to existing hotel partners

• Be responsible for hotel database (new hotels to register, current hotels to update with tariffs to request)

• Quotation and bookings of accommodations (hotels, ryokan, shukubo & JE houses) when any overload works from the team

• Secure seasonal deals and promotions within the guidelines set by management to satisfy sales teams needs

• Analyze hotels performance (profitability, customer satisfaction, margin monitoring, market benchmark...)

• Participate in implementing a Channel Manager within our tools

• Deliver occasional training on hotels for sales teams

Who are you?

• Japanese native

• Currently living in Tokyo or ready to relocate to Tokyo

• Strong Experience in Hotels & Tourism

• Reliable, organized, ability for negotiation

• Fluent in English (C1)

• Good command of computer tools (GoogleDoc, Googlesheet)

• You are able to make business trips in Japan

What we offer:

• Full time contract

• A highly motivated international team of 100 people based in Europe (Paris and four other major European cities) and Japan

• Based in our Tokyo office. Home office: 2 days / week after 3 months start

• Position available as soon as possible

Our hiring process:

• One first 30min googlemeet interview with one product team member, followed by a potential 1h face-to-face interview

• If successful, a 30min interview “team spirit” with one director

• A final interview with Japan Experience CEO
