We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and responsible Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
You will be responsible for culinary production, ensuring high-quality dishes, while also fostering team spirit and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Production & Kitchen Management:

Prepare, plate, and send dishes according to restaurant standards.

Ensure the quality of products before and after preparation.

Adapt to the pace of different services and manage priorities according to orders.

Apply your culinary skills to elevate every dish.

Participate in stock management and inventory: receive and verify deliveries, organize storage, and conduct regular (monthly) inventories.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, for both staff and installations.
Guest Interaction & Service:

Consider guest expectations and needs, especially in open-kitchen setups or direct interactions.

Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
Team Leadership & Responsibility:

Inspire and motivate the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and guidance.

Work autonomously while supporting the overall organization of the kitchen.

Participate in stock management and monthly inventories.
-
Take initiative and assume responsibility within the team.
Profil recherché
Your Profile:

Culinary training with proven experience in a professional kitchen.
-
Rigorous, autonomous, and responsible.
-
Strong team spirit and ability to motivate and guide colleagues.

Able to adapt to the fast pace of service.

Good guest relations skills and attentive to customer needs.

Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop professionally.

Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
