Join the founding team at 16 Charles Street, a new private members club opening in 2026.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Club Director, you will be responsible for the following missions:
CRM Implementation and Management & Member Acquisition
CRM System Implementation:
- Act as the liaison between the 16CS team and the CRM implementation company.
- Coordinate requirements for Phase I (member acquisition) and Phase II (member portal).
- Participate in system testing and contribute ideas regarding functionalities and user experience.
CRM Management:
- Daily data entry and maintenance of member-related information.
- Oversee the entire member acquisition process in coordination with the 16CS team.
Support to Member Acquisition:
- Assist in collecting documents and information from prospects and confirmed members.
- Participate in the organization of pre-opening member events.
- Assist confirmed members with pre-opening benefits, such as reservation requests.
- Contribute to the initial launch of regular memberships and to the development of the database.
Sales, Events and Membership Program Development
Sales and Events Preparation:
- Contribute to the development of the sales and events strategy for members and external brand bookings.
- Prepare all sales documents related to private hires, including marketing materials.
- Leverage your existing network in London and help establish new relationships to secure bookings during the launch period.
- Manage private event requests for Groupe Loulou venues in France on behalf of members.
Membership Program Development:
- Assist in the design and coordination of the member events program in London and France.
- Identify and secure brand partnerships to enhance the members’ event calendar.
- Plan and organize the first three months of events.
- Assist in creating content and information for the member portal and marketing materials.
Sales and Events Operations
- Join the fully operational Sales & Events team, contributing to:
- Ongoing management of private events for members and external clients.
- Continued development of brand partnerships and execution of the sales strategy.
- Expansion of the events program across 16 Charles Street and beyond.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in French and English
