Role Purpose
The Sales Officer supports the company’s commercial development by managing customer relationships, promoting products, processing orders, and contributing to sales growth. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.

Handle order processing and coordinate with internal departments for smooth delivery.
2. Sales Activities

Promote products, new arrivals, seasonal offers, and campaigns to existing and potential customers.

Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Support the preparation of quotations and follow up with customers.
3. Product Knowledge

Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s premium product portfolio.

Learn about ingredients, storage requirements, and usage recommendations.
4. Sales Administration
-
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and other documentation.

Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks related to sales performance tracking.
Profile required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
-
1–2 years’ experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related roles.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused mindset.
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
-
Good command of English (spoken and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with premium food, hospitality, or fresh products is an advantage.

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to perform under pressure.
