Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across restaurants, hotels, retail, and wholesale sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and decision-makers in the hospitality and retail industries.
- Work closely with our purchasing and logistics teams to ensure seamless service and product availability.
- Represent La Credenza at trade shows, tastings, and industry events, promoting our brands and products with authenticity and passion.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product proposals and presentations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on sustainable, long-term growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns.
Profile required
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management within the food and beverage sector (preferably premium products).
- Deep passion for cuisine, ingredients, and French culture
- Strong network within the hospitality, retail, or fine food industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and customer-focused.
- You must speak Khmer (native) and good English
