We produced the sensational series Tara Duncan and Miraculous Ladybug season 5, both broadcasted on Disney Channel and Disney +. Atlantis Animation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedules and calendars of senior executives, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring all documents are accurate and professionally presented.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records, ensuring that all information is kept secure and accessible.
  • Support senior management in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.

Profile required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced or creative industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
