Employee testimonials

Florence Rambaud

Thanks to my five years of work experience at CMB Monaco, I have been able to follow the evolution of the sector and its impact on the commercial activity and development of our establishment.

In order to cope with a changing regulatory framework, the digital revolution and the increased demands of international clients, CMB Monaco is constantly working on its proactivity and flexibility. It provides its employees with a large number of resources in terms of training courses, such as the Private Banker Academy, personal and professional development through mentoring programmes, which I was able to benefit from, and support through the implementation of concrete career plans. Thanks to these tools, the prospects for development are real within this institution, which values new talent.

As a Private Banker Assistant, my job is to serve a sophisticated international clientele and to support them by working with our teams of specialists in carrying out their projects. It is thanks to this corporate culture, as well as the trust placed in me, that I am able to work independently and continue to develop my skills day after day, surrounded by experienced colleagues.

Richard Boch

I joined CMB Monaco in 2019 and, after a year as a Private Banker Executive, I was promoted to Junior Private Banker in 2020.

Internal mobility and promotion opportunities are a reality at CMB Monaco! I now look after international HNW and UHNW clients. My job is to listen to the needs and objectives of each client, in order to provide them with a personalised solution on a daily basis, whether in terms of investment, credit or banking solutions.

CMB Monaco shines through its dynamism in the Monegasque banking market and attracts an increasingly international clientele. My clients include people from Italy, England, Germany, France, Australia, the Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Mexico and the Middle East.

In addition to this diversity, both in terms of customers and employees, I appreciate the human side and the accessibility of the managers. They listen to the solutions proposed by the employees, and are keen to hear ideas for improving the bank and working conditions for both customers and employees.

Finally, we are lucky to work in a quality environment: in new premises, with new generation equipment, we have fruit baskets at our disposal... These are little extras that make life in the company more pleasant.

Richard Boch, holds a master's degree in Financial Market & Investments obtained at Skema Business School - Private Banker since January 2021

Sisley Maillard

I joined CMB Monaco in January 2020 and am now Head of Regulatory within the Compliance department.

My job is to ensure that our business complies with the directives, regulations and laws in force and to ensure that these requirements are effectively integrated into our organisation.

My role is to support the bank and its employees in the application of procedures that aim to minimise the regulatory, financial and reputational risks generated by their activities, while ensuring that the interests of our clients are protected.

What do I like about my job? The diversity of issues we face, caused by ever-changing banking regulations, and the challenges of implementing these regulations in our day-to-day business. It is a job that combines expertise in the regulatory framework with a generalist approach to banking and requires versatility and flexibility in order to work with the various departments.

In my opinion, CMB Monaco has three key advantages: it is a human-sized and agile company, my colleagues are committed and passionate about their jobs, and, finally, the management team is focused on change and future challenges, and has created an environment conducive to the development of everyone's skills.

Sisley Maillard,
holds a double master degree and a phD in economics obtained at the I3 Mines Paris graduate school - Head of the Regulatory division within the Compliance department since January 2020
