Reporting to the Academic Division and working under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational marketing of the full-time Bachelor programmes at the Paris campus. The role contributes to increasing programme visibility, generating qualified leads and promoting the programmes in France and internationally.

Working closely with the Marketing, Admissions and Business Development teams, as well as academic and administrative teams, the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns, the development of marketing content and tools, and the promotion of the programmes at events.

 

Key responsibilities

Manage marketing campaigns

  • Deploy advertising campaigns and coordinate the production of content and visuals in accordance with brand guidelines.

  • Monitor budgets, manage purchase requests and contribute to negotiations with media partners, agencies and other advertising channels.

  • Measure campaign results during and after each campaign, analyse outcomes and make recommendations.

  • Manage marketing activities within the CRM and produce data-driven analyses.

  • Monitor media developments, trends and competitors.

Develop marketing tools and content

  • Contribute to the creation and updating of communication materials, including brochures, flyers, banners and leaflets.

  • Produce or coordinate content designed to engage prospective students and other people interested in the programmes, including videos, infographics, articles and editorial content.

  • Contribute to updating programme pages on the website, blog and relevant listing platforms.

Contribute to events

  • Contribute to the organisation and promotion of Open Days.

  • Represent the programmes at campus events, fairs and promotional activities in France and internationally.

Cross-functional responsibilities

Depending on the needs of the department, the successful candidate may also contribute to other ad hoc projects led by the Marketing, Admissions and Business Development Division.

 

Profile required

Education and experience

  • Higher education qualification (minimum three-year undergraduate degree or equivalent).

  • Initial experience in marketing; experience in digital marketing would be an advantage.

Professional skills

  • Operational marketing, advertising campaigns and communication.

  • Creation and adaptation of content for different channels.

  • Budget monitoring, results analysis and reporting.

  • Proficiency in office and digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media, CRM tools and Canva.

  • In addition to French, excellent written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in another language would be an advantage.

Personal skills

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise.

  • Versatility, adaptability, a proactive approach to work and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Teamwork, ability to organise and carry out tasks independently, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to focus efforts on achieving objectives.
