Role Summary
As part of our commitment to advancing women in science, we are seeking female researchers who aspire to develop their own independent research projects within one of Idiap's Research Programs. The successful candidate will benefit from Idiap’s vibrant environment, state-of-the-art research infrastructure, expert support, and multi-disciplinary expertise in Artificial Intelligence.
This opportunity is open to researchers at all career stages, including recent PhD graduates aiming to build their independent research portfolio, researchers returning from career breaks, and experienced researchers seeking to pursue their own research interests.
This fellowship is designed for a one-year term, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The institute will provide support, including assistance with obtaining a visa and work permit, as well as assisting the candidate in finding local accommodations. Outstanding fellowship holders may be considered for a permanent Research Scientist position upon completion of the program. |
Your Profile
All applicants must possess a PhD degree in a relevant field and demonstrate a track record of research excellence, as evidenced by a strong publication record, innovative research contributions, and the ability to conduct independent research.
