Le Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel ouvre un nouveau chapitre de son histoire après avoir été repensé intégralement.

Boutique hôtel 5 étoiles, il est une invitation à vivre les pieds dans l’eau.

35 chambres et suites au milieu de jardins en terrasses où le parfum des pins parasols se mêle aux embruns de la mer. Avec une plage privée, deux espaces bien-être et deux restaurants, il est une adresse dédiée à la douceur et à la joie de vivre.

Tandis que le restaurant gastronomique étoilé (Les Pêcheurs) propose une carte mettant à l’honneur les produits de la mer, BABA, le restaurant à ciel ouvert, accueille les déjeuners qui se prolongent jusqu’au coucher du soleil. BABA propose une cuisine levantine, solaire et inédite.

Description du poste

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and accompany guests throughout the service, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.

  • Manage and motivate the front-of-house team (chefs de rang, sommelier, commis): organize daily operations, plan schedules.

  • Supervise inventory, stock management, and supplier orders.

  • Collaborate with the management team on all aspects of service operations: menu development, cost control, purchasing, and quality assurance.

  • Oversee the setup and coordination between the dining room and the kitchen before and during service.

  • Monitor the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of dishes.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

  • Maintain the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Profil recherché

Profile:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.

  • Strong sense of service, natural leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and motivate a team effectively.

  • Initiative, organization, and attention to operational detail.
