We are looking for a creative, organized, and passionate Head Bartender / Chef Barman to elevate our cocktail program and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and maintain a signature cocktail menu aligned with Berta’s Levantine identity.

  • Oversee all bar operations: preparation, service, station management, and stock control.

  • Ensure a smooth, elegant, and welcoming service in line with the Berta experience.

  • Train, guide, and manage the bar team.

  • Manage orders, inventories, and supplier relations.

  • Control costs and monitor beverage performance.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

  • Provide personalized advice to guests and foster a lively, engaging atmosphere.

Profil recherché

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Bartender, ideally as a Head Bartender.

  • Excellent knowledge of mixology techniques and current trends.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a true passion for beverages.

  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team spirit.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Professional appearance and strong service orientation.

  • Fluent English required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
