BERTA is preparing its grand reopening, and we’re looking for the chef who will lead this new chapter.

🎨 Your Role

  • Define and execute the renewed culinary vision of BERTA.

  • Create and evolve seasonal, creative menus aligned with the restaurant’s identity.

  • Ensure excellence in taste, presentation, and consistency.

  • Lead tastings, quality checks, and pre-service briefings.

👥 Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and inspire the brigade.

  • Build a positive, structured, and performance-driven kitchen culture.

  • Guide the team with fairness, clarity, and high standards.

⚙️ Operations

  • Oversee kitchen organization, inventory, and supplier management.

  • Control food costs and track key KPIs.

  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.

🛡️ Hygiene & Safety

  • Guarantee full HACCP compliance.

  • Oversee cleaning routines, equipment maintenance, and traceability.
