We are opening our new restaurant Berta in Berlin and are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and accompany guests throughout the service, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.

  • Manage and motivate the front-of-house team (chefs de rang, sommelier, commis): organize daily operations, plan schedules, and oversee recruitment in collaboration with the management.

  • Supervise inventory, stock management, and supplier orders.

  • Ensure proper product sourcing and selection of quality suppliers.

  • Collaborate with the management team on all aspects of service operations: menu development, cost control, purchasing, and quality assurance.

  • Oversee the setup and coordination between the dining room and the kitchen before and during service.

  • Monitor the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of dishes.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

  • Maintain the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Profil recherché

Profile:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.

  • Strong sense of service, natural leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and motivate a team effectively.

  • Initiative, organization, and attention to operational detail.
