We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join our team.

Your Mission

As the Head Chef’s right hand, you play a key role in production, team coordination and maintaining quality standards.
Your main duties:

  • Actively participate in preparation, cooking, plating, and service.

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing stock, orders, and inventories.

  • Supervise the team in the Head Chef’s absence and ensure continuity of service.

  • Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Check the quality and freshness of all products.

  • Contribute to the creation and updating of recipe sheets.

  • Keep the work environment clean and organised at all times.

  • Always validate any important decisions with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and excellence in operations.
