Position Summary

The Promotion Activities Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all promotional actions within Répertoire Culinaire Vietnam.
The position plays a central role in anticipating product rotation challenges, supporting commercial initiatives, and controlling the overall cost and effectiveness of promotional campaigns across the business.


Key Responsibilities

1. Promotion Management & Coordination

  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns in collaboration with the procurement and sales teams.
  • Manage and track the cost of promotion as a key performance indicator.
  • Provide monthly analysis and reporting on promotion results (sales, margins, stock impact).
  • Ensure smooth coordination among procurement, logistics, finance, and sales departments.

2. Promotion Lifecycle – Four Key Stages

  1. Procurement / Upstream anticipation:
    • Detect potential product issues (slow movers, overstocks) early in the supply chain.
    • Implement immediate corrective actions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Commercial Push:
    • Drive focused commercial actions to increase product visibility and sales within the HORECA channel.
    • Support sales teams with clear product information, selling points, and promotional materials.
  3. Commercial Push + Discount:
    • Organize promotional pricing campaigns to accelerate stock rotation.
    • Monitor results and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  4. Clearance / Liquidation:
    • Lead the final phase of product clearance, coordinating with sales and finance to minimize losses.
    • Track the effectiveness of clearance actions and adjust future plans accordingly.

3. Communication & Execution

  • Communicate promotional calendars and priorities internally to all teams.
  • Ensure operational consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment in all promotional actions.

Monitor implementation quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Profile required

Profile & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, promotion coordination, or commercial operations within the food or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of HORECA distribution and supplier relations.

Languages: Fluent Vietnamese and good English communication skills
