  • Working Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00–12:00 & 13:00–17:00

  • Salary Range: USD 500–1,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across restaurants, hotels, retail, and wholesale sectors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and decision-makers in the hospitality and retail industries.
  • Work closely with our purchasing and logistics teams to ensure seamless service and product availability.
  • Represent La Credenza at trade shows, tastings, and industry events, promoting our brands and products with authenticity and passion.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product proposals and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns.

Profile required

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management within the food and beverage sector (preferably premium products).
  • Deep passion for cuisine, ingredients, and French culture
  • Strong network within the hospitality, retail, or fine food industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and customer-focused.
  • You must speak Khmer (native) and good English
