SUPERPROD develops, produces and distributes animated and fictional feature films and TV series and has its own animation studios in Paris, Angoulême, Milan and Luxemburg as well as an office in Los Angeles.

The recruitment manager intervenes in the upstream phases of recruitment for our 3D animated feature film. He is responsible for identifying, contacting and screening potential candidates for each department. Therefore, he must therefore know the different professions related to the pipeline of a 3D animated film.

Profile required

In collaboration with the Group's Head of Talent and the Production Director, your main missions will be:

Write and distribute the communication (description of the offer) on all media: site, social networks, generalist or specialized job sites

Search for the appropriate profiles in the available CV libraries (database, job sites, school or professional directories).

Sourcing: Identify the most suitable candidates for the needs.

Analyze and process the applications received

Respond to candidates

Adding and updating candidates in the database

Track employee hires

Reporting to the hiring manager

Profile & Skills required:

A strong interest in the VFX (visual effects) industry and 3D animation cinema

Advanced or bilingual English.

Interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork

Sense of organization and anticipation

Excellent written and oral communication

Positive attitude and essential work ethic

Required languages

• English - Level advanced
