We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mid/Senior Character Designer with a strong, distinctive Anime/Manga art style to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our world to life by shaping the visual identity, personality, and emotional depth of our characters.

 

The role requires immediate availability and will be carried out remotely for a minimum of 2 months.

 

Character artists :

  • Create initial rough concepts and poses
  •  Produce technical modelsheets for characters (humans)
  •  Create expressions sheets and key poses of all characters
  •  Participate in color research if possible

Profile required

Experience & Portfolio

  • Mid-Level: 2+ years of professional experience in character design (Gaming, Animation, or Comics).
  • Senior-Level: 4+ years of experience, ideally with a proven track record of leading character design pipelines.

Technical Skills

  • Mastery of industry-standard digital art tools
  • Strong understanding of costume design, color theory, and visual storytelling through character shapes.
  • Knowledge of animation pipelines 

Required languages

  • English English - Level Bilingual
  • Italian Italian - Level Bilingual
