SUPERPROD develops, produces and distributes animated and fictional feature films and TV series and has its own animation studios in Paris, Angoulême, Milan and Luxemburg as well as an office in Los Angeles.

Job description

He / She plans, organizes, directs and controls the expenses of all stages of production

He/She monitors the smooth running of production in accordance with the schedule, budget and deliverables.

He/She checks and prepares monthly cost reports

He/She controls and monitors the services provided by the external service providers involved in the project (American Consultants, Studio Record, Studio Sound Design Mix)

He/She validates the reports (made beforehand by the production managers) of working time, wages and payments of the employees and service providers involved in the project

He/She follows the daily stages of validation and communication with clients of the major issues and milestones of the project. (Preparation of external production reports)

He/She guarantees compliance with the studio's contractual commitments to the client.

He/She is responsible for communication and good feedback between the studio/production departments and the client/showrunner

He/She negotiates with the client to adjust processes, reduce overly complex assets or issues, activate reinforcement teams, etc.

He/She establishes additional budgets if necessary during production in close collaboration with the Production Director

He/She identifies, synthesizes and ensures compliance with artistic issues, needs, and the “production value” expected by the client

He/She supervises the director and the artistic director in accordance with client expectations, and in compliance with the production schedule and budget.

He/She helps to set up and monitor work and validation processes, tools, roles and responsibilities to ensure that they meet customer expectations.

He / She identifies, centralizes and prioritizes the problems encountered on the production chain towards the production management, the technical direction and the artistic direction

Profile required

Minimum experience required:  senior profile, having several experiences in follow-up of CG series production

Required Skills :

Knowledge of the 3D animation manufacturing process 

At ease with Excel

Shotgun Mastery

Good level of English read, written, spoken

Position in Paris (remote work possible part of the week)

Duration of the mission : May 2022 to end of January 2024 (18 months)
