The Quality & HSE Directorate is looking for a Manager within the “Audit and QHSE Management Systems” team to support the ASN internal and external Audit activities and QHSE management system enhancement initiatives across all ASN sites and business activities.

Job description

Audit missions

• To participate in obtaining & maintaining ASN QHSE certifications:
• • Assist in the preparation of external audits with the sites and departments (TL9000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications).
• To participate to the management of the internal QHSE audit program:
• • Contribute to the implementation of the internal audit program, by organising and participating in relevant QHSE audits and supporting the writing of reports;
• • Assist in the closure of the findings raised during the audits, providing support in root cause analysis, definition and follow up of action plans;
• • Contribute to issue audits and action closure performance reports.

QHSE Management System missions

• To participate in document control duties:
• • Manage relevant documentation & processes in the Management System (managing approval workflows, editing, etc);
• • Providing support for documentation (assuring documents are up to date, archiving, respect of documentation process, numbering and templates);
• • Managing the Documentation Tool: updating of the QHSE documentation structure, folders and permissions (SDMS tool).

• To contribute to the reporting of all necessary Quality performance measurements and their analysis:
• • Support the QHSE team for KPI’s monitoring, calculation & reporting.

• To contribute to the internal promotion of the ASN QHSE culture:
• • Provide guidance and support to initiatives such as awareness, training, communication etc.

Profil recherché

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
• Experience in management systems such as ISO 9001 / TL9000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• QHSE Auditor experience is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Advanced Excel
• A relevant experience of operating in the telecoms industry is a plus

Miscellaneous

Language: fluent in French & English

Location: ASN Les Ulis site (Les Ulis 91 – France)

Occasional short travels to Greenwich (UK) and Calais (France).
