Digital Content Creation Apprentice F/M

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Content Creation Apprentice to join our Training School team. This role is ideal for a creative and enthusiastic individual looking to develop practical skills in digital content production, communications, marketing, and multimedia design whilst gaining a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

The successful candidate will support the creation and management of engaging content across a range of digital platforms and media channels, helping to promote learning, engagement, and communication throughout the business.

• Create and edit digital content for internal and external communications.
• Support the development of graphics, videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist with website updates and content management activities.
• Contribute to social media campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Support the production of learning and training materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with ASN brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Conduct research into digital trends and recommend content improvements.
• Work with stakeholders across different departments to gather content requirements.
• Assist with photography, video recording, and multimedia production where required.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support event promotion and communication activities.
• Maintain accurate records of content projects and activities.

Education & Training

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
• Interest in Digital Content Creation, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Eligibility to undertake a Digital Content Creation Apprenticeship.

Experience & Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in digital media and content creation.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools would be advantageous.
• Positive and professional approach to work.
