OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Design, development, qualification, and documentation of hardware for Power Feeding
Equipment (PFE) product.

This role may focus on High voltage (HV) or Low voltage (LV) side of the PFE product development and maintenance, development of new generation of PFE Power converters with about 60% technical and 40% on people management resp.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Product development within the following Electrical \ Electronic engineering disciplines:
• Line management responsibilities
• Conceptualization, design, development and validation of LV and HV subsystems used in the
PFE such as power converters, High Voltage circuits as per Product and system requirements
For example:
• Precision high-side current measurement
• Precision High Voltage measurement
RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTONOMY
• Conceptualise and develop products to be developed and tested during the development
phase and formally validated during the qualification phase against Product line managers
requirements.
• Technical leadership on LV and HV subsystems of the PFE
• Lead & manage a small size electronic design team - consisting of Electronic Design Engineers
• Resource allocation – based on the skills and competencies to achieve the product's goals.
• Team administration & Stakeholders communication
• End to end ownership of design as per agreed functionality of the product and system
specifications.
• Ensure development standards and processes are adhered to as per organization QMS
standards such as ISO9001-2015 & TL9000.
• Conduct feasibility studies
• FMEA/Risk analysis
• Environmental conditions and EMC.

Wanted profil

REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAININGS

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering; at least 8 years of experience.
• Must have end to end HW product development experience involving complex electronics.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIES

•     Technical: Manufacturing, Digital and Analogue Electronics, Power Electronics, Simulations, Design for EMI/EMC, PCB design and Mfg., Regulatory standards.
