OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- To own the training administration and early talent pipeline, ensuring ASN attracts, develops, young talent (e.g., T-Levels, NEET, graduates) and delivers effective training programmes to support the site.
- This role focuses on school/college engagement, early careers programmes, and training compliance for the site.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Training Administration - Manage training logistics (e.g., room bookings, facilitator support, Papaya LMS updates).
- Marketing and Communication - Update and improve Training and development Intranet and bookings pages with implementation of automated and AI resources
- Data & Reporting - Track training KPIs (e.g., completion rates, feedback scores, levy spend). MVP data
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Liaise with schools, colleges, HR, and Operations to align training with business needs.
- Compliance - Ensure training records (e.g., IPC qualifications, inductions) are accurate and up to date.
- Onboarding - Ensure monthly sessions planned with presenters and ASN new starters added as they start for ASN welcome and mandatory modules. Liaise with HR for seamless onboarding process.
RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTONOMY
- Early Talent Pipeline - Develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, and T-Level providers.
- Programme Coordination - Organise early careers events (e.g., career fairs, site visits, mock interviews, STEAM Week Hackathon)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIES
- Experience in early talent pipelines or school/college engagement
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Papaya) and training administration
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build relationships with schools, colleges, and internal teams
- Event management skills to plan and execute large-scale events (e.g., career fairs, hackathons
- Data analysis to track and report on training KPIs (e.g., completion rates, levy spend)
- Collaboration to work with Digital Designers on training content.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAININGS
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Experience in administration, early careers programmes, or school partnerships
- Knowledge of T-Levels, NEET programmes, or apprenticeship.
