PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

Coordinate all the industrialization activities at Greenwich in order to enable the product into the supply chain. This role ensures the seamless integration of new products into the supply chain. The Manager will lead a team of managers, overseeing the entire industrialization process from concept to production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness.

Profile required

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB  

Essential

  • Global Leadership Experience: Extensive global leadership experience with the ability to influence and leverage global resources to drive change.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills are vital.
  • Supply Chain and Industrialisation Experience: Extensive experience in supply chain and industrialisation.
  • Project Management and Optimisation: Experience in project management, lean manufacturing, and cost optimisation.
  • Trust and Performance: Ability to build trust, set high standards of performance, focus on the end customer, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Autonomy and Communication: Ability to work autonomously with excellent reporting and communication capabilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
