Description du poste

Lead the execution of the industry 4.0/ 5G projects in the operation. This includes macro level project management, management of the Integration Teams (including coaching and mentoring) reporting out to Senior Management, communication with Suppliers, confirmation of Business cases with the Plant teams, feedback of lessons learned and opportunities to refine the standard solutions.

The Role primary objective is to be responsible for safely delivering operating solutions within the timing agreed and within the defined budgets to the standards defined.

This Role includes the interface as well with external stakeholders and represents ASN in 5G workshop.

Manage technical projects in terms of timing, budget and Quality in IO scope with a focus on automation and digitalization

Lead cross-functional manufacturing & engineering to implement I 4.0/5G use case across ASN portfolio and sites, using existing project management discipline.

Interface with internal customers to identify areas of opportunity (short and longer term), and define Use case project specifications

Work with the appropriate disciplines across organizations to ensure end-to-end I4.0.5G solution is planned and delivered in timely manner

Support budget planning for future timeframes and design the roadmap towards digitalization

Tap into new technologies and suppliers for the technical further development of the machinery especially against the background of Industry 4.0

Communicate on the progress to keep the business informed on the project progress, roadblocks, achievements.

Contribute to the creation of methodology to prepare the assessment and deployment.

Participate in the development of M4.0 components such as the framework, architecture, assessment, and playbook that enable faster implementation and guidance for new projects

Give training and coaching to various level of the organization about the new methodologies and tools of Operational Excellence 4.0

Write and maintain relevant presentations, technical reports and support documentation, and ensure delivery of relevant user training

Participate in and support preparation of the SteerCos & OpCos

Be a change leader to increase awareness of benefits solutions will bring, while assuring a clear communication to avoid rejection due to a misunderstanding.

Participate in an external benchmarking group to get familiar with the practices, methodologies, failures and success of other organizations on the digital transformation journey
Requirements

Profil recherché

• BS or MS in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Project Engineering –

• 4+ years managing complex projects in implementing digital transformation in manufacturing area

• Solid experience in Project management (PMI is appreciated)
• experience in I4.0 and 5G eco-system
• Experience in Supply chain Management
• Experience in PLM/MES/ERP
• 
  
  • Good under of manufacturing environment
  • Good overall Knowledge in submarine products
  • Must be a proactive and solution-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to lead projects, embrace and drive change
  • Collaborative teamwork
