PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

Manages all the test integration and support activities in order to enable the product into the supply chain.   

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The main role of the Integration & Test Industrialization Manager  is to drive the set of the process and test solution to ensure the good product quality.

Areas of responsibilities:  

• Manage and allocate the resources to ensure product development and production support.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Manager and Industrial leader WET / DRY plant leader to ensure new product/process are qualified and introduced to meet manufacturing plan.
• Ensure that all project development milestones achieve.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are maintained.
• Support the Design for Excellence (DFx) for all new products including the serviceability aspects.
• Contribute to the manufacturing design process considering internal and external constrains (machine/test benches, Volume, Cycle time and lean aspects) following NPI ASN standard.
• Support the mmanufacturing capability dimensioning (ramp up and ramp down) with Industrial leader WET / DRY plant leader.
• Coordinate cross functional team to develop and implement cost reduction ideas and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Provide the weekly reporting of the test & Database team department.
• Manage Audits and Customer Reviews.
• Monitor and manage department KPIs.
• Coach and Support Technical Leaders.
• Manage and plan technical activities within the department.
• Manage and plan SW package calibration, validations.
• Support R&D, Production, Quality, Test/Software Engineering and Production Support Engineering,
• Team Development - Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team to continue fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
