• Job purpose : Drive the overall transformation program aiming at deploying a new ERP to implement the company business processes (from orders to cash) in an industrial and efficient way
  
• Reports to End-to-End Business Director

Main responsibilities :

• Drive the overall new ERP transformation program implementing state-of-the-art program management practices
• Build the cross functional core team to create a coherent and comprehensive ERP transformation environment embedding all key stakeholders representing their Directorate
• Organize and the drive the relevant governance
• Manage the master plan
• Ensure that all functional requirements are described
• Launch an RFQ to select external consultant to support the migration
• Drive external consultant relationship needed to support ASN in this transformation program
• Gather lessons learnt from stakeholders to contribute to requirements engineering of the new ERP
• Elaborate blueprint (from business principles and management rules) and related position papers to describe the overall to-be principles and transformation paths
• Ensure comprehensive master data definition and associated data management as well as roles and responsibilities
• Ensure estimated budget adherence
• Manage the communication plan : key success factors, overall roadmap, critical path and deliverables addressing all transformation areas: contracts, operations, controlling and finance.
• Report to the EXCOM the progress of the program on a periodical basis with main information (scope, planning and deliverables, costs, risks and mitigations, etc)

Profile required

• Senior cross function Program manager, industrial processes and/or financial expertE

Experience & competencies :

• A generic knowledge of the following domains: Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Delivery, Order Management, Revenue recognition, Billing, Accounting, Reporting, Controlling and Forecasting, Treasure and cash, Products, Customers and Suppliers management
• A good knowledge of ERP capabilities (SAP knowledge is a must with strong experience in SAP migration)
• A leadership allowing to drive a complex program
• An experience and a good mindset regarding change management
• A capability to listen, analyse and synthetize

Fluent in French compulsory.
