We are seeking a skilled and experienced ThingWorx Mashup Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building custom mashups that integrate with our IoT, MES, SCADA, PLM, ERP platforms and meet the specific business needs. You will be the lead product developer and responsible to ensure that the solutions are of the highest quality and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build custom mashups using ThingWorx platform to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Collaborate with the functional development and industrialisation teams to understand requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Test and debug mashups to ensure they are functioning as intended.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and make iterative improvements to the mashups.
• Stay up to date with new ThingWorx features and best practices and incorporate them into our mashups when appropriate.
• Provide technical support to internal teams as needed.
• Utilize PLM functional experience to support ThingWorx mashups for product data management, product development, and product design processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product lifecycle management best practices into ThingWorx mashups.
• Ensure integration of ThingWorx mashups with PLM systems such as Windchill and ERP.

Profile required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience designing and building custom mashups using ThingWorx platform.

• Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.

• Experience with PLM systems such as Windchill and Kepware is required.

• Strong understanding of product data management, product development, and product design processes is preferred.

• PTC certification (ThingWorx Deploy or Model professional)
