PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
- Provide Quality input into ASN GH Business Transformation team regarding mapping ‘as-is’& ‘to-be’ processes regarding business platforms which are due to be changed/replaced.
- Support ASN GH Business Transformation team with timely execution of MES business platform deployment.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process:
- Provide Quality input regarding opportunities for improvement for next generation business platforms.
- Map Quality Process steps (Inputs &Outputs) within next generation business platforms.
- Support software verification checks to be performed reference introduction of existing processes in new tool.
- Create & analyse Quality performance reports for Quality Management when required.
- Support QA team with RCA investigations in the event of significant non-conformance or when required.
- Raise ITS ticket where non-conformance event or non-conforming material/product has been identified.
Teamwork:
· Communicate effectively with departmental colleagues & supervision.
· Build and maintain good working relationships with department colleagues and Transformation Leader.
Planning and Reporting
· Assist Inspection Supervisor to ensure the section's weekly inspection demand is met.
· Support Transformation Leader with timely execution of MES business platform deployment.
Training
· Ensure personal Training Competency Records are up to date.
· Ensure additional MES competency training requirements are identified & met.
QHSE
· Adhere to local clean area rules and protocols (ESD, COSHH, Risk Assessments, PPE etc).
· Ensure personal product paperwork/SAP is correctly completed.
· Report product quality issues in a timely manner to team supervisor.
· Participate in improvements.
· Follow the company H&S policy & behave in a safe manner.
· Ensure any equipment used has the correct safety check labels where required.
· Ensure personal generated Hazardous Waste is disposed of in the correct way.
· Report all Accidents & Near Misses in a timely manner to Supervision.
Administrative
· Raise or report any personal requests/issues (holidays, sickness, timekeeping, grievances).
· Complete own weekly timesheet.
· Use of all system tools necessary for the job.
Wanted profil
Education, Knowledge and Experience required for the job
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
Previous experience in an inspection role outside or within ASN.
Technical background or previous experience of transitioning between key business platforms preferable.
