Be the preferred commercial interface for customers during the operational phase (25 years) of their submarine telecom network.

Negotiate sales contracts according to the objectives of the Services BU

Maintain a privileged customer relationship.

  • Ensure commercial management of contracts during and after the guaranteed period
  • Customer interface for post PA projects
  • Identify and precisely define customer requests
  • Meet customer requirements/expectations, ensuring the optimization of costs and deadlines.
  • Prepare the submission of the offer with the help of ASN departments involved in the preparation and writing process.
  • Check that the final content of the offer is complete, integral and in line with internal policies and procedures
  • Implement the bid submission and delivery process.
  • Organize and participate in the definition of the offer strategy after validation by Service management.
  • Obtain support and approvals from experts such as finance, taxes, legal, insurance, logistics.
  • Ensure follow-up of actions requested/requested by customers
  • Deal with all recurring malfunctions observed during the life of the project until they are resolved.
  • Coordinate the response to the call for tenders to achieve internal objectives
  • Lead commercial negotiations until the contract is signed and comes into effect with the support of the Services Sales Director.
  • Contribute and be a source of proposals for the development of new services
  • Maintaining ASN's presence in its market segment
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with existing customers to:
  • o Develop ASN's knowledge of the customer's organization,
  • o Develop ASN's image and contacts with the customer,
  • o Coordinate ASN's commercial activity with the customer,
  • o Keep customers informed of the progress of ASN's actions and obtain feedback from them on the actions taken by ASN
  • Participate in International Conferences on the submarine market.
  • Business Travel is required.

 

4           RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTONOMY

·       They are responsible for the sales objectives assigned to them.

·       They are autonomous in the management of their activities.

·       They will guarantee compliance with the offer process as well as the quality of the offers submitted.

·       They will ensure that the offer is developed in compliance with the company's expectations in terms of price/margin levels and other commercial commitments.

·       They will contribute to the development of new services in order to participate in the development of the department

·       They will questions/challenges our sales strategies by evolving our methods to address our services

·       They will ensure that customers receive all ASN support, on time and according to the expected quality criteria.

·       They are autonomous in their interactions with his portfolio of customers, for which they are responsible. They will make sure to maintain a relationship of trust and privilege with them.

Wanted profil

  • 1 REQUIRED TRAINING

 

·       Degree in Law, International Business or similar.

 

2           EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • Experience in the telecommunications or submarine networks sector, with strong knowledge of technologies, customers, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in complex sales and service delivery, including strategic account management and contract negotiation.
  • Skilled in negotiation, influencing, and diplomacy, with the ability to manage complex, multicultural stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, promoting teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Clear understanding of company products, services, and operational processes, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at all organisational levels.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Legal background advantageous.
