🌍 One Program, Multiple Career Paths

Joining our Graduate Program means embarking on a two-year permanent contract journey, marked by strategic rotations across our commercial, investment, and credit teams. This program is designed as a career accelerator, offering tailored support in an environment that blends banking rigor with start-up spirit.

What will you discover throughout the program? We won’t reveal everything just yet… but expect to be surprised.

🎯 What We’re Looking For :

• A Master’s degree (Master II) in Banking / Finance
• Initial experience (internship or job) in Front Office, Investment Advisory, Sales/Trading, or Credit Advisory
• Less than 3 years of post-graduate experience
• Fluency in both French and English
• Availability starting September 2026
