We are looking for a new employee to join our Sales & Trading team

Profile required

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• 5 years' higher education, Master's degree in banking/finance (specializing in finance, statistics, applied mathematics, modeling) - AMAF certification or equivalent
• Extensive experience in a similar position would be preferred, with expertise in Forex and rates
• Good knowledge of financial products, derivatives, structured products
• Have good knowledge of how the financial markets work and an economic and geopolitical culture
• Mastering the Office Pack and Bloomberg tools

The main missions will be the following:

Trading Execution :

• Execution of buy and sell orders on Forex, equities, bonds and derivatives markets
• Expertise in various algorithms and methodologies to ensure best execution under all circumstances
• Efficient use of various trading platforms for each asset class
• Make quote offers to buy and sell based on management requirements and imposed limits
• Monitor market indicators and macro/microeconomic data to identify trends and anticipate possible developments.
• Check transactions carried out and ensure risk monitoring
• Produce activity reports for the Head of Investment & Credit Services
• Create and update decision support statistics
• Monitor the group's internal issues

Trading Advisory :

• Generate tactical and strategic trading ideas for direct clients, clients under advisory mandates and bankers with the aim of being a driving force for investment proposals in the Securities and FX segment.
• Presentation of ideas and important information about the markets during morning meetings
• Articulate a market view in relation to a client and understand his or her long-term financial situation
• Ability to suggest arbitrage opportunistically
• Emphasis on research to guide investment decisions and active proposal of Top Picks ideas
• Be able to give advice while considering customers’ profiles and product-related risks and complying with suitability and appropriateness rules
• Participate in commercial promotion with bankers
