Based within the European Careers Centre (ECC – Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris and Turin), this role is responsible for defining, planning and implementing all actions aimed at supporting the professional and personal development of MiM students, ensuring their successful integration into the job market (internships, apprenticeships and employment).

In collaboration with the European Co-Head of Career Development (MiM), the role holder designs and structures the career development pathway in alignment with the academic vision and strategy of the MiM programme.

The role ensures the effective deployment of the career development pathway and active student participation, while continuously improving initiatives based on student feedback, programme input and recruitment market trends.

The position also provides individual career guidance and support to students in defining their professional goals and securing internships or employment opportunities.

 

Key responsibilities :

  • Define and continuously improve the MiM career development pathway.

  • Collect and analyse student needs and employment data.

  • Design and implement career initiatives (workshops, bootcamps, recruitment events, one-to-one sessions, etc.).

  • Plan and coordinate career events across campuses.

  • Ensure quality delivery and strong student engagement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners in coordination with Corporate Relations.

  • Monitor graduate outcomes and support students’ transition to employment.

  • Deliver coaching sessions and career development workshops.

  • Contribute to communication strategy and digital service improvement.

 

Profile required

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Management.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in HR, recruitment, corporate environments and/or higher education.

  • Experience in job search strategies would be an asset.

  • Ability to work effectively in matrix, multicultural and international environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage priorities.

  • Proactive mindset and commitment to delivering on objectives.

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
