The person in this role contributes to the definition and implementation of ESCP’s overall Inclusion and Diversity strategy. They support the deployment and monitoring of actions aimed at promoting a respectful, inclusive, and equitable environment across the institution.
The role is central to institutional priorities related to equal opportunities, prevention of discrimination, and support for student communities across all European campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Handling reports and internal procedures (student scope)

Support the monitoring and management of internal alert procedures concerning student communities.

Participate in listening and internal investigation committees.

Contribute to the coordination and consistency of administrative procedures.

Support the organization and follow-up of Inclusion and Diversity Committee meetings.

Coordinate with Inclusion and Diversity representatives across European campuses.

Act as liaison with academic and administrative teams across campuses.
Awareness and training
-
Organize awareness seminars for student communities across European campuses.

Develop awareness and training plans in collaboration with student life teams.
-
Strengthen communication initiatives to encourage engagement from student communities and associations.

Promote student engagement by facilitating networks of student representatives.
Admissions and diversity in selection processes
-
Work with the Admissions team to ensure diversity is embedded in student selection processes.
-
Promote equitable recruitment practices and raise awareness of discrimination risks.
Strategy implementation

Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Equality Action Plan.

Develop ongoing initiatives to promote equality and prevent discrimination, harassment, and violence.
Monitoring and reporting

Monitor allocated budgets.
-
Collect and analyze equality and diversity indicators.
-
Develop dashboards and provide regular reporting to senior management.
-
Assess the impact of implemented actions and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Regulatory monitoring and partnerships
-
Monitor developments in legislation and public policy related to equality and inclusion.
-
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-
Develop sustainable partnerships with associations, foundations, companies, and public institutions.
Profile required
Experience and Education
-
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
-
Master’s degree in Law and/or Social and Political Sciences, with a specialization in gender studies and discrimination issues.
Technical Skills
-
Knowledge of legal frameworks and public policies related to diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities, and the prevention of discrimination and violence (including sexist and sexual violence, harassment, racism, and antisemitism).

Understanding of higher education environments and student life.

Experience in project design, implementation, and evaluation.

Strong facilitation, communication, and active learning skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work across networks.

Fluent English (bilingual level).
