Role purpose
The position plays a key role in supporting ESCP Business School’s Executive Education growth by designing and delivering high-impact, tailor-made training programs for corporate clients in France and abroad.
The person contributes to the transformation of organizations by developing innovative learning solutions that strengthen leadership and management capabilities.
🎯 Main responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of high-potential clients in France and internationally, promoting ESCP’s full B2B offering.

Co-design customized programs in collaboration with faculty and experts across campuses.

Lead tender responses by analyzing client needs, co-developing training paths, preparing full proposals (pedagogical and financial), presenting, and negotiating offers.

Coordinate with internal teams in charge of program delivery and take part in key project milestones (kick-offs, steering committees, closure events).

Contribute to market intelligence and strategic insights for ESCP Executive Education’s growth vision.
Profile required
Profile and key skills
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in developing and managing B2B partnerships in demanding environments.
Strong pedagogical design and consulting skills in management training are essential.

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Management, Business or related field.

At least 8 years of experience, including significant exposure to higher education, executive training, or consulting.

Proven track record in selling complex intellectual services, preferably at an international level.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Analytical mindset and result orientation, with the ability to operate strategically and hands-on.

Curious, agile, and persistent, with the ability to design innovative learning experiences.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, combined with a collaborative spirit.
